Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of eBooks and downloadable content are final.
Once a digital product has been delivered, we are unable to offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
By purchasing and downloading our digital product, you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the download or access has begun.

We are happy to help if there is an issue with the file or delivery, but refunds are not possible once the content has been accessed.
